How do I download the Transport Application?
Download the Safetrax Commuter Application from the Play Store or Apple Store.
How do I log in to the Transport Application?
Use your employee ID as a username and create a new password if it’s your first time using the application.
How do I view and track a trip?
In the Trips section, you can check stoppage details and track the trip on the live map.
How do I confirm boarding/deboarding?
To confirm boarding/deboarding, provide the driver with the 4-digit OTP present on the Trip Details page.
How do I connect with the drivers?
On every trip, you’ll see a Call icon in front of the driver’s name. Click on it to connect with the driver through IVR (Call Masking).
How do I cancel a roster?
Go to My Schedule and cancel the roster for a particular day if you can’t make it.
How do I contact the Transport/Security Team in case of an emergency?
Use the SOS feature in case of an emergency and the Helpdesk to connect with the Transport team regarding transport-related queries.
What should I do if I have technical queries?
Click on ‘HELP?’ to find answers to your questions about using the application.
