Data collected from Safetrax Pulse App
User profile: We collect data when users create or update their Safetrax Pulse accounts. This may include their name, email, phone number, password, address, profile picture, Driver’s license (which may indicate document numbers as well as birth date, gender, and photo).
Location data (Driver): Safetrax Pulse App collects this data when the Driver app is running in the foreground (app open and on-screen) or background (app open but not on-screen) of their mobile device.This is used to calculate distance travelled to provide ETA to the employees.
Device data: We may collect data about the devices used to access our services, including the operating systems and versions, device model & device motion data.
Communications data: We enable Driver & Employees or Administratos to communicate with each other through phone calls.
Data collected from Safetrax Commuter App
User profile: We collect and store data when an employee account is setup. This may include their name, email, phone number, password, address, profilepicture.
Device data: We may collect data about the devices used to access our services, including the operating systems and versions, Device model & device motiondata.
Communications data: We enable Commuter to communicate with Transport Admin in case of SOS.
Data collected from the Transport Admin/Fleet Operator Web Application
User profile: We collect and store data when an employee account is setup. This may include their name, email, phone number, password, address, profilepicture.
Vendor Profile: We collect and store data when a vendor account is setup. This may include their name, email, phone number.
Communications data: We enable Transport Admin to receive SOS alerts triggered by Commuter or Driver applications
The Information we collect is securely stored within our databases, and we use standard, industry-wide, commercially reasonable security practices such as encryption, firewalls and SSL (Secure Socket Layers) for protecting your information. However, as effective as encryption technology is, no security system is impenetrable. We cannot guarantee the security of our databases, nor can we guarantee that information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted to us over the Internet or wireless communication, and any information you transmit to the Company you do at your own risk. We recommend that you not disclose your password to anyone.
